Hello Class, here is what is listed on the Participation and Schedule Pages on Blackboard:
Answer one question in each of your three posts (the 12 hour restriction is removed this week due to the short week):
1). What concept/s in this class have you found most interesting? What was it about the concept/s that you found interesting.
2). Pick on other concept from the book that you feel needs further discussion?
3). What was it about this class that you liked? What do you think needs improvement?
Note: I have changed one of the discussion questions this week, so please use this list of questions rather than what is listed on Blackboard.
Reminder: Please post 3 responses to your colleagues blogs. Make sure that you are commenting on posts within the date range of Dec. 6-8.
Journal assignment reminder: Graded journal assignments are due by Tuesday, December 8th at 11:59pm.
Let me know if you have any questions. I will be available all week through email. I will be in my office on Wednesday, December 9th from about 8:15am to 8:45m in case you want to meet. I can meet other times on Wednesday, but that will be by appointment. Email me if you want to stop by my office to chat.

Hi Carol! I have a question about the final and when we can take it. I know the exam is proctored and someone must watch us do it, but is it taken online? When is it available? How long do we have to complete it? When must we complete it by?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Hi Katla! The final exam dates are listed on the syllabus and quizzes page on blackboard. The dates are December 10th and 11th. You will take the final exam on Blackboard, just like the quizzes and tests you have taken all semester. In fact, it's just like the midterm. It is an open book, open notes final exam. Someone will need to watch you take it, and once you have completed it you will have the proctor sign the form. You will then email it to me. I will blog about this sometime this week so students know what's going on. Let me know if you have more questions. :)

When you say short week, does this mean the 3 postings and comments are due earlier than usual rather than Saturday? Thank you!
Yes, the week ends on Tuesday. That's why all posts can be done at the same time.
